There's nothing quite like a film night in a room designed for it. Just as often, the goal is a living space where great picture and sound fit neatly into the room, with the technology out of sight and everything on one simple remote or app.
Designed and built around the sound
A great cinema starts long before the speakers go in. As trained, approved Cinema Build Systems installers, we build with their range: stretched-fabric walls on a track system, with absorber panels behind them to tame echo and diffuser panels to keep the sound lively, so dialogue stays clear without the room feeling dead. Acoustically transparent fabrics, including Camira's acoustic textiles, let the speakers sit hidden behind the walls while you choose the colour and finish. Fixed or masking projection screens, LED feature lines and metal trim details complete the room.
Sound that surrounds you
We choose the speakers to suit the room and the way you watch. Sonance offers surround options designed to disappear into walls and ceilings, right up to its dedicated-cinema ranges. Triad builds left, centre, right, surround and subwoofer speakers that are made to work together and can be colour-matched to your décor. M&K Sound brings studio heritage and THX-certified in-wall models. Speakers can be mounted in the room, in the wall or in the ceiling, including height channels for immersive Dolby Atmos layouts.
Power, processing and room calibration
The electronics are the heart of the system. We install AV receivers and processors from Anthem and Yamaha, choosing the channel count and number of HDMI inputs to suit your setup. Every room changes how sound behaves, so we finish with room calibration. On Anthem systems that means Anthem Room Correction (ARC), which measures the room and tunes the sound to your seats. On Yamaha that means its own setup tools. The result is a system that sounds right where you actually sit, not just on paper.
Seating and finishing touches
Comfort matters when you're settling in for a long film. Through Delux Deco we offer cinema chairs, motorised recliners, modular and corner cinema sofas, and even sofa beds for rooms that double as a guest room, in leather, fabric or velvet. We plan the layout around your room, screen and speakers, leaving enough space for recliners to open fully and keeping a comfortable viewing angle from every seat. Feature lighting and a Starscape star ceiling can finish the room off with a night sky overhead.
Ambience at the touch of a button
Control4 brings the whole room together on one remote, keypad or app. Press Movie and the Lutron lights dim to your chosen level, the blinds or curtains close, and the screen, projector and AV system switch on with the volume set just right. Press Pause and the lights come up softly so you can grab a drink. Press End and the room goes back to how it was. We set every scene up around how you like to watch.
Around the house, multi-room audio lets you play music in the kitchen, garden or every room at once, all from your phone. TVs and sources can be shared between rooms so everyone watches what they want.
