Single-storey or two-storey extensions, open-plan kitchen-diners, and garden rooms that connect to the house. We handle the build from groundwork and brickwork through to a finished interior, and we can include lighting control, networking and AV from the start if you want them.
Complete internal renovations
A full internal renovation plan for a house that needs more than a freshen-up: layout changes, new walls and ceilings, first and second fix, and a complete finish. We work room by room or across the whole property, keeping one schedule and one team.
Kitchens and bathrooms
As part of a renovation or extension fit-out we can deliver kitchens and bathrooms end to end: plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, joinery and finishing, ready for the units and sanitaryware you choose.
Trades we cover
- Building and groundwork. Foundations, slab, drainage connections and structural openings for extensions and alterations.
- Bricklaying. External walls, openings, and matching to existing brickwork where it matters.
- Plastering and rendering. Walls and ceilings ready for paint, plus external render where needed.
- Plumbing and heating. First and second fix, bathrooms, kitchens and heating pipework as part of the fit-out.
- Underfloor heating. Wet underfloor heating installed with a liquid screed finish, ready for your chosen flooring.
- Electrical. First and second fix, consumer units, lighting circuits and data points planned with the smart systems in mind.
- Tiling. Floors and walls in kitchens, bathrooms and utility spaces.
- Flooring. Timber, laminate, vinyl and other finishes laid once the rooms are ready.
- Carpentry and joinery. Doors, frames, skirting, architraves, stairs and built-in work.
- Partition walls and drylining. New layouts, stud walls and boarded ceilings.
- Decorating and finishing. Paint, doors, ironmongery and the last details before handover.

We can help you through the planning and building regulations process, and all our engineers work to the latest regulations for both electrics and gas. You get one team that takes care of the paperwork and the standards, so you don't have to.

- Elevate. We complete the finishing, walk the job through with you, and leave the space ready to use. Aftercare is available for any smart systems we install.
